LHC delivers a simple core service. We bring buyers and suppliers together to build, refurbish and maintain social housing and public property more efficiently and cost effectively, and to benefit the local community. Created for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies, our frameworks are procured in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and are free to use.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we return any surplus to our associate partners to improve social value outcomes in accordance with our primary goal 'working together to deliver better buildings, homes and communities' and actively contribute to community benefit initiatives.

LHC Public Sector Frameworks

Frameworks are agreements that set out the specification, scope, quality, price and other requirements of building contracts. Suppliers compete through a competitive procurement procures to be appointed on to a framework. Publicly funded bodies access the suppliers that have successfully been awarded to the framework through their chosen ‘call off’ process in line with the framework terms.

Community benefit funds

LHC have established a community benefit fund with our delivery partner, Locality. The fund is allocated to our Committee Partners to support local community projects.
