Introduction to the Framework

The new Retrofit and Decarbonisation Framework (N9) will be the successor to LHC's successful Energy Efficiency Measures & Associated Works (N8) Framework which expires November 2024.

The framework has been designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the EPC ratings of their stock.

With over 30 years experience delivering energy efficiency and retrofit solutions to the public sector, we held our Tender Briefing webinar on the 9th of May, if you missed it you can now re-watch the full webinar to the right.

Our Event Partners:

“Following an extensive pre-tender engagement with the market and seeing high levels of interest and feedback; we are now in the final stages of design and development of the replacement to our current iteration of our energy efficiency framework. The fantastic response and levels of engagement we have seen from the market, subsequently enables us to have a good understanding of the challenges facing the sector in decarbonising the UK's existing built environment and are developing a comprehensive and flexible solution, to help our clients address this.”

Dean Fazackerley, LHC Head of Technical Procurement.
