Looking Back at LHC's Year of Impact in 2025

As the year ends, I want to highlight LHC’s accomplishments, proof of our commitment to improving lives and places through our frameworks and social value objectives. We move toward 2026 with ambition to deliver even greater results for our communities.

Helping to deliver great projects for the public sector

Throughout 2025, we have been proud to support a range of inspiring projects that are making a tangible difference in our communities. To highlight just a few of these impactful efforts, here’s a snapshot:

  • Solar Panel Installation at West Grove Primary School: Helping a local school reduce its energy costs and carbon footprint, creating a greener learning environment for future generations. Read more here.
  • Delivering Sustainable Roofing to London Metropolitan University: Supporting the university’s long-term sustainability goals with a high-quality, durable roofing solution. Find out more.
  • A Modular Net Zero cafe for Buckinghamshire Council. By replacing an older facility at Black Park Country Park with a new, larger net zero cafe, we helped create a welcoming space for visitors to relax. Learn more here.

Supporting charities through our Community Benefit Fund

A core part of our mission is creating social value. Our Community Benefit Fund (CBF) has directly supported vital local initiatives:

  • Brain Injury & Me (BIAM) – Essex: With around 10,000 people in Essex admitted to hospital each year with a brain injury, the return home can be challenging. Our CBF funding allowed Headway Essex to deliver an eight-week supportive learning programme, helping adults with acquired brain injury adapt to daily life. Read more here.
  • Mentoring Young People Through Movement with Turnstyle – Partnering to provide positive mentorship and opportunities for young people. Read more here.

Investing rebates back into local priorities

We were delighted to award £208,942.76 in rebates to 33 public sector organisations across the Midlands, London, and the South East. This isn't just a financial return; it's a direct investment back into your local projects, community groups, and social value objectives. Discover the impact of these rebates.

Learning, sharing, and collaborating at events

Remaining connected and informed is key to excellent procurement. In 2025, our team actively participated in and hosted important sector events such as:
