LHC Midlands, London and South East region, is part of the LHC Procurement Group, which has been supporting public sector organisations with technical procurement for 60 years.
Working together to deliver better buildings, homes and communities.
Created for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies, our frameworks are procured in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and are free to use.

As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus generated during the financial year is re-distributed back to eligible partners. We distribute funds via our Community Benefit Fund and support our Executive Board in their delivery of community projects through the fund.
The legal authority for LHC to conduct its business is derived from LHC status as a Joint Committee of local authorities.
Governance is provided through the Committee of Elected Partners known as the LHC Board. These are councillor representatives of the constituent authorities.
The day-to-day activities of the organisation are carried out by a dedicated team of technical, commercial and administration professionals.
