Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technology (EERT) DPS

Our Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technology (EERT) DPS is an open market solution designed to provide public sector buyers access to a pool of pre-qualified suppliers for the inspection, repair and replacement of energy efficient measures and renewable technology installations.  

The DPS compliments the Retrofit and Decarbonisation (N9) framework ensuring access to a comprehensive range of innovative, energy-efficient solutions that:

The DPS will cover the following workstreams:

Workstream 1 - Heating and ventilation

  • Commercial and Communal Heating systems
  • District Heating / network heating
  • Building Ventilation (HVAC)
  • Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
  • Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP)

Workstream 2 - Electrical energy systems

  • Solar PV
  • Battery Storage
  • Electric Vehicle Charging

Requirements to join the EERT DPS 

Dynamic Purchasing Systems have fewer entry requirements, lowering barriers for SMEs and enabling greater flexibility to tailor solutions to client needs.

General requirements

  • Awareness and commitment to working in accordance with recognised standards, including ISO accreditations 
  • Submission of a suitable case study which demonstrates capability and previous experience for the elements being bid for
