A new framework to support the retrofit and decarbonisation of the UK’s 6.1 million social homes and public sector buildings has opened for applications from the 29th of April. LHC Procurement Group (LHC) is seeking consultants and specialists in energy efficiency, heating and ventilation, renewables, charging points, and solar PV, for its new Retrofit and Decarbonisation (N9) framework. 

As part of its continued social value offer, LHC works with our partner Locality to distribute funds from our Community Benefit Fund in London and the Southeast. For the new year, we are pleased to announce a fresh cohort of new grantees across Brent, Hackney, Hillingdon, Buckinghamshire, Lambeth, and Haringey. The successful projects are all delivering exciting outcomes for young people.
