Turnstyle CIC exists to reach young people who are disengaged from school, struggling with emotional regulation, or facing social exclusion. Many are living in temporary or social housing, experiencing unnoticed adversity. This project focused on running accessible, group-based movement and mentoring sessions for young people across VIVID housing areas in Rushmoor.

Dashwood Court in the London Borough of Hounslow offers a supportive residential environment of 38 self-contained flats for older people. Constructed in the 1980s, Dashwood Court was designed for independent tenants aged 55 plus who need a little support. Throughout the building’s life, there had been significant investment from Green Hill Housing Association; however, some areas remained in need of modernisation. Communal hallways, carpets, heating, and lounges all needed attention and a refresh.
C-Change West London used its grant to deliver the Youth Filmmaking and Social Action Programme in Hillingdon, engaging over 25 young people aged 10–16. The sessions aimed to inspire leadership, creativity, and confidence through hands-on experience in filmmaking.

Over two months, the Identify You Creative Programme (IYCP) embarked on a transformative journey with 15 young people deemed to be in the NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) category. The aim was to boost their self-confidence, alleviate mental health challenges, and combat isolation through a series of creative workshops and career support.
