Offsite Project Integrator (OPI1) Contract Award Notice
The aim of the Offsite Project Integrator framework is to provide the client with a single point of contact to manage the effective implementation of offsite housing schemes, and comprises a single workstream covering Offsite Project and Contract Management through not only RIBA stages 0-7 but also preliminary stages prior to RIBA Stage 0, to support i. initiation & development and ii. land assembly
The framework agreement is for a period of 6 years and commences on 2nd March 2020. It is split into the following Regional Lots for England (4 regional lots), South West England (1 regional lot), Scotland (5 regional lots) and Wales (1 regional lot).
