In their plans for coping with the end of the EU Withdrawal transition period on 31 December 2020, the UK Government has set out what businesses need to do to maintain access to public tender notices.  Although this will not affect current LHC procurements, as they were all commenced before 31 December 2020, at some point in the future Appointed Companies will need to prepare themselves for the new regime.

When NEW framework tenders are proposed, LHC will publish framework opportunities, including Prior Information Notices and Contract Notices, on the new Find a Tender service (FTS):

• https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/ and
• https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/

as well as through our Proactis procurement portal.

Existing Contracts Finder account holders will be able to use the same login credentials for Find a Tender.  Simply go to https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/login and sign in with your credentials. Your account will be upgraded automatically and you will be able to log in to FTS with the same credentials in order to search for UK notices, save search results and set up and receive email alerts.

For the moment, however, all current LHC framework tender opportunities remain ‘as is’.
