Introduction to the Framework

This framework, which is fully OJEU compliant, has been delivered in partnership with Southwark Council.

ADS1.1 is aimed at providing local authorities, housing associations and other social landlords with greater access to the best architectural practices in London. It’s also designed to help architectural companies secure public sector work.

The framework has been broken down into 7 Lots:

  1. Master Planning and Feasibility.
  2. Education/Social Care/Community Provisions
  3. New Homes.
  4. Commercial/Industrial.
  5. Conservation and Heritage.
  6. Public Realm and Landscape.
  7. The New Design Lot.

Lots 1 to 6 are designed to - Appoint practices who are experienced in delivering projects for the relevant category.

Lot 7 is designed to - Remove the barriers some smaller or emerging practices frequently face when trying to secure public sector work.
