Architect Design Services Framework (ADS) is now live
LHC's highly anticipated Architect Design Services (ADS) Framework for London, developed in partnership with Southwark Council is now live!
This framework was developed collaboratively, with the lots carefully considered to encourage practices of all sizes and we are thrilled to confirm that the results do not disappoint. We created a procurement process that attracted 365 good applications and has resulted in the final choice of 110 of the best architectural practices able to deliver innovative construction services to the public sector in London. These include a new generation of designers who have not been accepted onto frameworks before. This procurement route gives London contracting authorities a compliant access route to a wide range of architectural practices enabling them to deliver projects across multiple categories and all construction values.
In addition, a pioneering new lot in the four-year framework covers ‘new design’, open only to emerging designers with turnover below £2m.
